A new Season

A new season at Tom Clusiau Grand Rapids Speedway is set to kick off!!

Mother Nature pushed back the opening night festivities with her Offering of moisture this past week.

The speedway will hold a practice night on Wednesday evening May 30th starting at 5:30.

Thursday May 31st will kick-off the fun starting with a car show at Tom Clusiau's on HWY 2. Race teams will have their 2012 rides on display from 11-3 pm.

The teams will then head to the speedway for the Season opneing D.A.R.E. Night sponsored by Mohawk Salvage, Broking Tansport, Tom Clusiau and Rapids Ford! Races are set to take the green flag at 7pm sharp!! See you next week!!

With all of the rain that has fallen and more on the way We have been forced to cancel all of today's Scheduled events.

Practice Is cancelled

Today's scheduled practice session has been CANCELLED due to weather.

Hopefully Mother nature is a race fan and tomorrow nights Season Opener will go as planned!!

Car show at Tom Clusiau scheduled for Tomorrow from 11-3 will depend on the weather.

We will monitor rainfall and forcast in the upcoming hours and make an decision as early as possible for these events.

Reminder to Racers!! Use the BACK PIT GATE for ALL events, we have moved the fencing and expanded our pit area. So racers PLEASE use the back pit gate for all events! Thank You!!
